TD - FUTURE OF BANKING
This project mainly focused on creating create a futuristic daily account with TD Bank. Please note this is a passion project.
PROBLEMS TO SOLVE
I was trying to solve 3 main problems that TD's current desktop online banking page could improve on.
Personalized banking — According to research 58% of current bank users feel that they need more personalized and consistent banking experience. Indeed, according a the report, “the majority of financial consumers want omni-channel services, regardless of age or income.” Users want banks to remember their preferences and remember their choices.
Give me “anytime, anyplace” access to my balance — Users want convenience, and nothing is more convenient than an app that can fit in your pocket. But for this project I wanted to explore a desktop version.
Show what I’m spending on and how to save — Users know that banks have access to their financial data, and they want banks to leverage that data to provide advice on how they can succeed in their financial life.
